It's crazy how there's always one client who is the Alpha personality. No matter how many clients we have or who they are, there is always one that the others look to. This client is usually female and she always takes a day or two to assert her authority, usually because when she shows up her mind is not all there. As soon as she collects herself though, she draws followers like flies to honey. I guess it's the pack mentality that governs this place.
